Educated at the University of the Philippines in architecture (1982) and urban and regional planning (1994), Arch. Allí has spent his career at the intersection of design, regulation, and public interest. He chaired the Professional Regulatory Board of Architecture from 2006 to 2012 and continues to serve as a National Building Code resource person for the DPWH and the DILG Local Government Academy.
